Asia Pacific is our fastest growing region and we are planting millions of trees each year. For our APAC team, we are looking for a talented and proactive Marketing and Communications Manager to join us in building our brand and business. We are looking for a highly skilled and pragmatic marketing and communications professional who will deliver brand recognition and authority in the APAC region through tailor made content. To that end, you will work extensively with our Marketing & Communications team in Amsterdam and work in alignment with Tim, our Australia Regional Director and the growing APAC team.

Other than that, you will:

  • Gain a good understanding of the Australian market, what local customers, communities and stakeholders are looking for and then develop and deliver a strategy with impactful content aligned to our global brand;

  • Create and localize content for landowners and key stakeholders. This includes social media campaigns, video, blogs, newsletters and marketing materials like presentations, posters and various printed material;

  • Initiate, create and manage organic and paid content on all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X, to build an audience and ensure partnerships engagement;

  • Engage specialists to develop visual content such as interviews or videos and pictures from our reforestation projects in the region, to create great content and share it with our partners, customers and audiences;

  • Work closely with the Head Office team and support our PR efforts in the region. This will include industry, stakeholder and media engagement, media releases and attending conferences, seminars and other events.

Job requirements


  • Work in a highly engaged, rapidly growing international nature-restoration company towards impact you can see;

  • 25 vacation days, based on on a full time employment;

  • Superannuation of 11%;

  • Land Life offers hybrid work that includes time in the office;

  • Phone costs reimburse up to AUD 80 per month;

  • We provide an annual allowance of up to AUD 800 for setting up your home office if necessary; 

  • We will equip you with a laptop (Windows or Apple, as per your preference).


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; 

  • Creativity and a proven ability to contribute to the team with fresh and compelling new ideas; 

  • Experience in development and delivery of impactful marketing content; 

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee the production of video and photo content; 

  • A savvy social media user who is also familiarized with Google Docs and MS Office and content management tools like Wordpress or Mailchimp; 

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution; 

  • Experience within Climate / Farming domain is a plus; 

  • Based in Central Victoria (we’re based in Kyneton approx 1:15 hours north of Melbourne CBD).
