As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of empowering our customer-facing teams to excel in their roles. From supporting the Commercial team in drafting proposals to collaborating with growth marketing on lead generation campaigns, your contributions will be integral to our success. You'll have the opportunity to refine internal processes, analyze sales data to uncover insights, and implement initiatives that drive revenue growth.

Other than that, you will: 

  • Support Commercial team with meeting prep, drafting proposals, due diligence, and contracting;

  • Create sales material templates in PowerPoint, including pitch, scoping, onboarding, and customer update decks; 

  • Aggregate, organize, and synthesize content from other teams and update sales decks, due diligence library, and manage pipeline tracking, reporting and sales forecasting for trend analysis and process improvement; 

  • Ensure smooth internal sales process, coordinating with finance, operations, legal, and product teams;

  • Collaborate on lead generation campaigns, target customer lists, and system implementation.

Job requirements


  • Work in a highly engaged, rapidly growing international nature-restoration company towards impact you can see;
  • Expected salary range of 47,287 - 67,980 (this range can shift pending experience, qualifications and location of the position);

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in the private sector;

  • Excellent command of PowerPoint and ability to create compelling, succinct slides;

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal; 

  • Organized and structured;

  • Experience with project management, working with cross-functional teams, and sales processes a plus;

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract insights from data a plus.
